Processing Time

All orders are meticulously processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will be processed the following business day. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your recovery tools for shipment.

Shipping Rates:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders below this threshold, or for those desiring faster delivery, we provide the following options:

Standard shipping (7–15 business days): $5.99.
Express shipping (3–7 business days): Available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking Your Order

Transparency is essential to our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can easily track your package using our dedicated "Track Your Order" page or directly through the carrier’s website to stay updated on its progress.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states to ensure our community has access to the support they need. Please note that international shipping is not currently available, but we are working hard to expand our reach and it is coming soon.

Delivery Issues

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Per our Shipping Policy, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no cost to you.
